I do some cardio but concentrate more on lifting. My question can a someone lose weight if what they are doing is mostly lifting? And yes I know diet is important but can you lose a lot of weight just by lifting and concentrating on cardio?

I never feel like im hungry but i force food down because i lose weight really quickly. over the weekend i ate alot of food including some fast food and a big sunday dinner. yesterday i only had a breakfast lunch and dinner and ive lost 4 pounds since i weighed myself on thursday.
do i have a problem? it really worries me.
