The best for cardio is jogging. The best for losing weight is walking and the reason for this is you burn calories based on the distance you go not how fast you go. And if you are sprinting chances are you will get tired faster and leave. Walking you can go all day.

i run, my run turns into a jog, then i walk and somtimes stop then i repeat the process. but dont do it all say long u have to eat and drink too! dont wana be a stick. if u just walk all day with eating breaks and drink along the way u will be in pretty good shape, but running and jogging will make u in much better shape, so run and jog instead,
but dont turn to a stick! dont ry to loose weight! muscles is what makes u look good and they weigh more than fat.

if you want to loose weight you have to run 30+ minutes at one time since after bout 20 minutes your body taps into fat reserves for energy to keep running.
continious sprinting and walking can be hard on ur knees and other joints.
