Has any one tried them? are they good? do you take in a morning? lm noy sure sas the instructions are in spanish-if you know?please tell me,all info gladly recieved,thanks.

It depends on the milligram. I know the ones you get by prescription you take 3 times a day, usually 30 minutes before meals. I know a lower strength form was coming over the counter and I’m not sure if that is out yet. Also you may notice your “2″ looking a little greasy. I know it sounds gross.
