What’s The Difference Between Man Boobs Caused By Obesity And Man Boobs Caused By Gynaecomastia?

Gynecomastia (proliferation of breast tissue) can be the same as man boobs in obesity, or the man boobs can be pseudogynecomastia (accumulation of fat in the breast).
Gynecomastia can be caused by a variety of things (smoking pot for one) and is related to a rise in estrogenic compounds in relation to testosterone or a decrease in testosterone with steady estrogens. Obesity can increase the relative estrogen:testosterone ratio and could be related to gynecomastia. Alternatively, there may be no gynecomastia, only fat accumulation. It will take a doctor to figure this out.
Gynecomastia should not be ignored. It can progress to breast cancer (yes, men get it too).

    With obesity you can lose your man boobs by simply losing weight. Like in diets and proper exercise. Gynecamastia is actually is the development of abnormally large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement, which can sometimes cause secretion of milk.
